What is your Return Policy?
- We are happy to accept return or process exchanges on your order up to 30 days after it is delivered.
- Please make sure to keep the original packaging and try on your garments before you decide to keep or return them.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that are custom or have been washed or altered.
- If we made a mistake on your order, we'll pay for the return shipping back to us.
- For returns on orders over $500, there is a 20% restocking fee.
What do i do if My order was damaged in transit?
If you receive your order and it is damaged, please call or email us right away. Please keep all original packaging. We may ask you for photos of the box and/or packaging materials.
I received the wrong item / quantity
If you find that you have been sent the wrong item or quantity of items, please give us a call or email. If you received an incorrect item, we will arrange for the item to be sent back to us at no charge to you, and send out a replacement as soon as possible. If you did not receive the correct quantity of an item, we will send you the correct amount.
Can I pick my order up?
If you live in the area an wish to pick up your order please do. Orders are available for pick up Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. Please confirm order is ready before arriving because not all items are available in store all the time.
Can Henninger's Deliver / install my Statue order?
For large statue and crucifix purchases, Henninger's can deliver and install your item if you are in our area. Please contact us for delivery and installation quotes and times.
Can you send me a catalog?
For catalogs, please email [email protected] and let us know what you are looking for. We will happily send you out catalogs and information to help you in your selection process.
What are your hours?
Our store showroom is open from 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. We are closed for most major holidays. Please give us a call for holiday hours to assure we are open.

We are located at 5227 West 137th Street in Brook Park, OH. We are just off of Brookpark Road, near Metro Toyota.

Any in stock item will ship the same day you order. Please see map at the bottom of this page for shipping times from our location. For items not in stock, ship time depends on the location of the vendor, quantity in stock, and how quickly they are able to ship the items to us. Below are typical lead times from our vendors.
